Flowing Flowers

Measurements:

 

• Basic White: 1/2” x 5 ½”3/8 x 4 1/8”; 4 ½” x 3”
• Polished Pink: 3 5/8” x 2 1/4
• In Color 2021-2023 DSP: 5 1/4” x 5/8”; 5 ¼” X 1 7/8” 

 

Instructions:

 

1. Score and fold the 8 ½” x 5 ½” Basic White CS at 4 ¼” on the long side to create the card base. Burnish the fold line with the bone folder to create a crisp fold.
2. Use the Blending Brushes to apply Balmy Blue ink and Soft Succulent ink to the 5 3/8” x 4 1/8” Basic White CS. Start at the top with Balmy Blue and blend downward to the Soft Succulent. Overlap the two colors about 1 ½” from the bottom. Adhere to the card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
3. Arrange and adhere the DSP strips to the card front.
4. Stamp the large flower from the Flowing Flowers with Polished Pink ink onto the 4 ½” x 3” Basic White CS and die cut with 3 ¾” x 2 3/8” Stitched Rectangle Die. Adhere this to the Polished Pink CS with Multipurpose Liquid Glue and embellish with the Genial Gems. Attach this piece to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Measurements:

 

• Magenta Madness – 5 ½” x 8 ½”
• Bermuda Bay – 2 ¼” x 3 ½”
• Basic White – 4” x 5 ¼”; ½” x 2 ¾”, scrap for two otters/hats
• DSP: Dots Pattern – 1 ½” x 5 ½”

Stripes Pattern – 1” x 4 ¼” (cut 2)

 

Instructions:

 

1. Fold card base in half at 4 ¼” and burnish.  Using VersaMark ink, stamp hat over the entire front of card.
2. Attach 1” x 4 ¼” striped DSP approximately 1” up from the bottom of the card.
3. Attach the 1” x 5 ½” dots DSP approximately ¾” from the left side of the card.
4. Die cut the Bermuda Bay paper using the 2” x 3 ¼” Stitched Rectangle die.  Then emboss using the Checks Embossing Folder.  Attach to front of card as shown.
5. Stamp “It’s birthday time!” in Bermuda Bay ink on the ½” x 2 ¾” Basic White piece.  Punch the right side using the Lovely Labels Pick A Punch.
6. Attach to card using Dimensionals.
7. Use the Stamparatus to stamp the otter and his hat.  To align them, place the otter stamp on one Stamparatus plate so that the top of his head is right on one of the etched grid lines.  Stamp the otter using Memento Tuxedo Black ink onto grid paper to assist in the aligning process.  Remove plate and place the hat along the same grid line on a second plate.  Stamp the hat and adjust the stamp as needed to get the images aligned.
8. Once you have the images aligned, place scrap Basic White paper in the Stamparatus and stamp the otter and hat.  Repeat to make a second otter.  Fussy cut both otters out and color using Stampin’ Blends markers.
9. Attach one otter to the front of the card using Dimensionals.
10. Attach In Color Jewels as desired.
11. On the 4” x 5 ¼” Basic White piece, stamp “It’s your day” stamp in Bermuda Bay ink near the top.
12. Attach the 1” x 4” piece of striped DSP at the bottom.
13. Cut a 5” piece of the 3/8” White Crinkled Seam Binding and color using the dark Magenta Madness Blends Marker.
14. Place a piece of Tear & Tape just above the striped DSP and attach the Crinkled Seam Binding wrapping around the back to secure.
15. Attach otter to piece and then attach to inside of card.

Measurements:

 

• Pool Party Card Base: ¼” x 11”, scored at 5 1/2
• Pool Party: 2 ¾” x 4 1/4”
• Basic White2 ½” x 4”4“x 5 ½”
• DSP: 2 ½ “x 4” 
• Basic Black: 2“x 3”

 

Instructions:

 

1. Measure and score your card base. Cut off 2 ¾ “off the front which then creates the Pool Party 2 ¾” x 4 1/4” piece. 
2. Die cut in your Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine the Basic Black with the Stitched Rectangles. If you don’t have these dies you can cut the Basic Black into a 1” x 2 3/8” size.
3. On the Basic Black Stitched Rectangle use the Versamark Ink, White Stampin’ Emboss Powder, and the Heat Tool to create the saying. Ink up with the stamp with Versamark and stamp onto the Basic Black. Right away sprinkle on the White Stampin’ Emboss Powder to cover the inked greeting. Tap off the excess (carefully pour that back into the container) and apply heat to it with the Heat Tool until the powder melts. Could take 10-30 seconds. 
4. Stamp onto the 2 1/2” x 4” Basic White the two flowers image in Pool Party Ink. Stamp in Granny Apple Green Ink the leaves around the flowers. Stamp in Petal Pink Ink the 3 buds once and use the splatter stamp all around the flowers and leaves. Glue with Multipurpose Liquid Glue to the Pool Party 2 ¾” x 4 ¼” piece of cardstock. 
5. Glue the DSP to the front of the card base and glue the other DSP to the 4” x 5 ¼ Basic White on the right side. Attach the Basic White to the inside of the card. 
6. Using Stampin’ Dimensionals on the back of the left side of the stamped floral image attach to the card base front. 
7. Using Stampin’ Dimensionals attach the Basic Black Stitched Rectangle. 
8. Embellish with 3 of the Iridescent Rhinestones Basic Jewels.

Measurements:

 

• Basic White: 8 1/2” x 5 ½” (card base); 4 ½” x 6 ½” (snowman); 2” x 2” (wreath)
• Tidings of Christmas DSP: 4 ¼” x 5 ½” (Evening Evergreen); 4 1/8” x 5 3/8 (Soft Succulent)

 

Instructions:

 

1. Score and fold the Sahara Sand at 4 ¼” on the long side to create the card base. Burnish the fold line with the bone folder to create a crisp fold.
2. Stamp all images with the StazOn Jet Black Pad. Stamp the snowman onto theBasic White Cardstock that measures 4 ½” x 6 ½”. Mask the snowman and stamp the trees slightly above and to the left side of him. Stamp the wreath onto the Basic White 2” x 2” piece of cardstock.
3. Color the images with the Watercolor Pencils and blend the colors with the Blender Pens. The pencil colors used are Balmy Blue, Bermuda Bay, Cherry Cobbler, Real Red, Pumpkin Pie, Crushed Curry, Garden Green, and Old Olive. 
4. Die cut the wreath with the coordinating die. Die cut the Christmas Tidings DSP (Evening Evergreen) with the 4 ½” x 3 1/8” Stitched Rectangles Die. Place the die in the center of the DSP. Die cut the Christmas Tidings DSP (Soft Succulent) with the 4 7/8” x 3 ½” Stitched Rectangles Die. Again, place the die in the center of the DSP.
5. Determine the desired position of the snowman in the opening of the DSP and on the card front. Trim this layer to fit within the margins of the card. Adhere it to the card front with the Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
6. Adhere the Christmas Tidings DSP (Evening Evergreen) to the card front with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
7. Adhere the Christmas Tidings DSP (Soft Succulent) on top of the previous layer, aligning it to reveal an even border around its perimeter.
8. Use a Stampin’ Dimensional to attach the wreath over the snowman’s hand.
