CASE-ing Tuesday #161

CASE-ing Tuesday #161 I find it such a honour to have requests for Birthday cards. Thinking the office my son works at must really like my cards.  Cause when there's a Birthday, Mama Bear gets a text  saying that they need a card for a co-worker. And since I hadn't come up with one for CASE-ing Tuesday #161 why not kill two birds with one stone! The Healing Hugs Stamp set has been sitting on the shelf and thinking it’s about time to dust it off. So here’s what I came up with.

Love how the Basic Jewel Pearls add so much to the card.  Gives it that vintage look. Let’s hope the  recipient loves it as much as I do!

CASE-Ing Tuesday #140

Where do you get your inspiration from?

For me this week it was in winners. That’s right Winners.

I was standing in the checkout line and the lady ahead of me had a pink and gold purse.

I had a ahha moment. And could get home fast enough. Into my craft room. You see I have a tendency to forget real quick. And this is what I came up with. What do ya think?

Base is 8 1/2 x 5 1/2

I stamped the base and the large oval with the Marble stamp in Power Pink.

Cut another oval using the Copper Foil. Stamp the sentiment with Versa Mark sprinkle with the Copper embossing powder. Heat with the heat tool.

Pull out your Big Shot and with the folder run the 4 x 3 3/4 piece of Copper Foil through.

Wrap the Power Pink ribbon around the Copper Foil. Make a bow and attach. 

Layer the oval and adhere to Card.
