🍓💖 Dreamy Pink Mudslide Cocktail 💖🍓

The ultimate way to use up those frozen strawberries

If your freezer is overflowing with strawberries (guilty 🙋‍♀️), this sweet, creamy cocktail is the most delicious way to put them to good use. Think dessert in a glass — rich, fruity, boozy, and totally dreamy.

All you need now is a trip to the liquor store to pick up some Baileys Strawberries & Cream, and you’re ready to sip in style.

🥂 Vegetarian | Contains dairy & alcohol

Serves: 3 | Prep Time: 5 minutes | Calories: ~250 per serving

Ingredients:

  • 12 fresh or frozen strawberries (plus extra slices for garnish)
  • 6 oz Baileys Strawberries & Cream (or substitute with original Baileys for a classic twist)
  • 3 oz vodka
  • 3 oz heavy cream
  • 1.5 oz strawberry syrup
  • Whipped cream, for topping
  • Strawberry slices, for garnish
  • Make it extra indulgent: Rim your glasses with crushed freeze-dried strawberries or dip the rims in white chocolate before pouring.
  • Frozen version: Blend everything with ice instead of shaking for a frozen treat.
  • Non-alcoholic twist: Swap Baileys for strawberry milk or a splash of cream + strawberry syrup to make a mocktail version

Directions:

1. Muddle & Mix

In a cocktail shaker, muddle the strawberries until smooth and juicy. If using frozen berries, let them thaw slightly first.

2. Shake It Up

Add the Baileys, vodka, heavy cream, strawberry syrup, and a good handful of ice to the shaker. Shake it like you mean it — about 15–20 seconds — until everything is well chilled and blended.

3. Serve in Style

Strain the cocktail evenly into three martini or rocks glasses filled with fresh ice. Top each with a generous swirl of whipped cream and a slice of strawberry for a picture-perfect finish.

💡 Tips & Variations:

So if you’ve got strawberries to spare and you’re craving something pretty, pink, and a little bit indulgent — this cocktail is calling your name. 💕
