Beach Day - Sending Sunshine Your Way

The Beach Day Bundle features all the elements that make for a great day at the beach: water, surf, sand, beach balls, and more! You can stamp, cut, and colour the individual pieces to build a happy day in the sun for card making, gift tags, scrapbooking, and other paper crafts.

Beach Day Bundle

Bright and Beautiful Designer Series Paper

Measurements:

Lemon Lime Twist cardstock; 8 ½” x 5 ½”, 4”x 6 ¼”,
Basic White 
cardstock: 2 7/8” x 3 ¾”, scrap for umbrella, chair and birds
Bright and Beautiful Designer Series Paper: 2 1/8” x 5 3/8”, 4 1/8” x 5 3/8”, 2 7/8” x 3 ¾” (2 pieces)

Instructions:

  1. From the large piece of Lemon Lime Twist cardstock, cut off 2” from one of the sides.
  2. Score the smaller piece of Lemon Lime Twist cardstock at 3 1/8”.
  3. Adhere Designer Series Paper to card base as shown on front flap, on the inside and on inside front flap of smaller card which will be inserted into larger card base.
  4. Using the Water Painters and Berry Burst, Lemon Lime Twist and Azure Afternoon ink pads, watercolor a small sheet of Watercolor Paper in each color and let dry. Then die cut the palm trees out of the Watercolor Paper in each color.
  5. Punch 4-5 clouds out of Basic White cardstock. Then adhere 3 or 4 randomly to one the piece of Basic White cardstock. Before you adhere the fourth or fifth one, stamp the sentiment in Azure Afternoon ink onto the cloud. Then adhere.
  6. Adhere the palm trees as shown. 
  7. Cut off the excess clouds and palm trees from the Basic White edges. Then adhere to the front of the smaller Lemon Lime Twist card base, as shown.
  8. Stamp an umbrella, chair, birds on to a scrap of Basic White cardstock and adhere to inside of the smaller Lemon Lime Twist card base.
  9. Adhere finished smaller Lemon Lime Twist card base to larger Lemon Lime Twist card base as shown using Stampin’ Seal +.
