Let Heaven and Nature Sing!

Hello from Grande Cache Alberta.
 Population just under 4000.
Where is that you ask.
It’s about 4 1/2 hour drive east of Edmonton.
A small town surrounded by the Rockie Mountains.
Why are we in Grande Cache?
Well we’re the support group for out eldest son.
He’s running the Death Race as a sole on Saturday.
Ya wanna know what that is.
Well he’s doing a 100 mile run through the mountains.
Elevations up to 7000 feet. Through rivers and rocky terrain.
And we’re here to make sure he has all the.support he needs to get through it.
Oh did I mention that all this needs to be completed within 24 hours! That’s right just 24 hours to complete 125 km. Ya think that’s why it’s call the Death Race

Anyway enough about the race.
Here’s the card I did for my Facebook Live.
Fairly a cute and easy card to do.

The Bits and Bobs for this card.
FYI all measurements are in inches.
Base is 5.5 x 8.5 scored at 4.5
The DSP is 4x2.5
Plus another piece of card stock that’s the same size.
Using the 2.5 inch circle cut one out of card stock.
Stamp the bird image onto a piece of strap Basic White Card Stock.
I used Balmy Blue ink cause that’s all I brought with me.
With the bird die cut from the Perched In a Tree bundle cut the bird out.
Colour the belly of the bird using your Wink of Stella and the Balmy Blue Ink.
Put together as show in the image above.

Thanks so much for stopping by and stay tune to see how the boy did in his first attempt
At the Death Race.

Cheers 🍻
