Measurements:

 

• Parakeet Party: 6 ½” x 5 ½”, scored at 2 ¼” on long side, 4 ¼” x 3 ½”, scored at ¼”  on short side, 2” x 3”

• Calypso Coral: 3” x 4”

• Basic White Card Stock: 5 ¼” x 4”, 2” x 3”

• DSP : 2 7/8” x 3 7/8”, scraps

 

Instructions:

 

1. Fold Parakeet Party card base on score line.

2. Emboss left side of front panel using Fern 3D Embossing Folder.

3. 

Fold 4 ¼” x 3 ½” Parakeet Party cardstock on score line and adhere the 1/4” part behind 5 ¼” x 4” Basic White cardstock piece, centering it. The photo shows the back side of this.

4. Adhere these pieces to inside of card base (photo on next page).

5. Adhere Calypso Coral cardstock to flap on card front.

6. Die cut left edge of 2” x 3” Basic White cardstock piece, using the Blossoming Happiness Die.

7. Stamp elephant and flower using Tuxedo Memento Black ink on same piece.

8. Color elephant using Smoky Slate and Petal Pink Blends, and flower using Calypso Coral and Parakeet Party Blends.

9. Add Wink of Stella to flower.

10. Stamp sentiments on inside and outside of card using Calypso Coral ink.

11. Die cut circle (2 5/8”) out of DSP scrap and adhere to elephant’s feet.

12. Adhere this piece to 2” x 3” Parakeet Party cardstock, off-setting them a bit.

13. Adhere these to flap on card front using Dimensionals.

14. Stamp 2 butterflies on inside of card using Tuxedo Memento Black ink.

15. Color in using Blends and add Wink of Stella.
